Before the start of the joint session, Sen. Lacson shared a brief light moment with Philippine National Police chief Ronald dela Rosa.
Sen. Lacson also met with Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea. Joining them were Senate President Koko Pimentel, Senate majority leader Vicente Sotto III, minority leader Franklin Drilon and Sen. Gregorio Honasan II; and House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez.
