“From the early years of my career until today, I have instituted a strict implementation of no-take policy. I have remained steadfast in observing this principle as part of my sturdy crusade against all forms of corruption.

Hence please be informed this representation, as a member of the Committee on Public Services, does not authorize or tolerate anyone or any group to represent me in order to request for any amount or favor in exchange for the approval and/or renewal of franchise.

Should any attempt be made in this regard I encourage you to report it directly to my office at ospml@yahoo.com and/or through my personal email address panfilo.lacson@gmail.com.”
