I am running as an independent candidate, not being a member of a political party.
I am a guest candidate of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC), which is part of an alliance of five major political parties that includes the administration’s Partido Federal ng Pilipinas.
Make no mistake – I am proud to be part of a grand alliance of our country’s five major political parties. I have no doubt in my mind that should I win next year, President Marcos fully recognizes my consistent role as a fiscalizer guided only by our shared motto: “Ang tama ay ipaglaban; ang mali ay labanan.”
That said, “Kumalas” is not only fake; it is malicious. On Oct 2, when I file, my COC will reflect that I am an independent candidate running under a coalition of 5 political parties – Lakas, NPC, NP, NUP and PFP, the President’s party. My CONA will be issued by my adoptive party, the NPC.
Please don’t be misled by disinformation. Running as an independent candidate simply means that I don’t belong to any political party. I am only a guest candidate of NPC which is part of a five-party coalition that includes PFP, the president’s party.
Country and people first. Time and again – from PJEE, PGMA, Pnoy and PRRD – I have adhered to my personal credo: What is right must be kept right; what is wrong must be set right. Nothing changes.
