Ping Lacson: Independent Candidate
I am running as an independent candidate, not being a member of a political party.
I am a guest candidate of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC), which is part of an alliance of five major political parties that includes the administration’s Partido Federal ng Pilipinas.
Make no mistake – I am proud to be part of a grand alliance of our country’s five major political parties. I have no doubt in my mind that should I win next year, President Marcos fully recognizes my consistent role as a fiscalizer guided only by our shared motto: “Ang tama ay ipaglaban; ang mali ay labanan.”
Ping, Hinirang na Bagong Chairman ng Partido Reporma
Ganap nang sumapi at hinirang na chairman ng Partido para sa Demokratikong Reporma (Partido Reporma) si Senador Panfilo Lacson nitong Huwebes.
Nanumpa si Lacson sa harap ni dating Defense Secretary Renato de Villa na nagtatag ng partido, kasabay ng panunumpa ni dating House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez bilang presidente.
“My advocacies are well-aligned with those of Reporma like people’s sovereignty and democracy, decentralization and devolution of powers, social justice responsibility, strong economic foundation, environmental awareness, voters’ education, among others,” pahayag ni Lacson.

Lacson is New Chairman of Partido Reporma
Sen. Panfilo M. Lacson on Thursday formally joined the Partido para sa Demokratikong Reporma (Partido Reporma) as its chairman.
Lacson took his oath before party founder and former Defense Secretary Renato de Villa, while former Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez took his oath as party president.
“My advocacies are well-aligned with those of Reporma like people’s sovereignty and democracy, decentralization and devolution of powers, social justice responsibility, strong economic foundation, environmental awareness, voters’ education, among others,” Lacson said.
