On SP Escudero’s Pronouncement on the Cha-Cha Petition

This is one of many reasons why Chiz deserves to be Senate President. In simpler language that non-lawyers like me can understand better, what he is saying is, there is no cause of action. The timing is off.

On the Hearings on the ‘PDEA Leaks’ Issue

About the PDEA ‘leaks’:

1. The leaked document exists;
2. An agent can type an intelligence report;
3. The said report was never submitted even for initial evaluation by his immediate superior;
4. There is no official report on record;
5. It is a scrap of paper.
