To the Manila Standard: Please allow us to disabuse the minds of the public regarding the column of Mr. Ernesto Hilario where he extensively quotes statements from the House Speaker and his deputies, including the accusation that Senator Lacson is an obstructionist β€œout to derail the reform programs of President Duterte.” Nothing could be further from the truth.

To the Manila Standard: It is quite pathetic that Mr. Olivar, instead of helping his former boss clear up the issue of pork in the 2019 budget, chose the path of his fellow talking heads by hurling personal innuendos at the Senator to muddle the issue.
