An EO for an MSME development plan is one move by President Marcos that deserves the support of the entire government bureaucracy, if not the whole country. When 99.6% of our business enterprises are MSME’s and a mere 0.4% are large, corporate groups, the best way forward is through this EO.
An unsolicited advice, if I may – bureaucratic corruption is the greatest enemy of MSME’s. They should be assisted, not punished by red tape and extortion.
