From Wilson Lee Flores’ interview with PNP Chief Oscar Albayalde

Sen. Ping in.my humble view, is the best among the PNP Chiefs that headed the organization. Strict but cpassionate, no nonsense in fighting criminalty and of purging the organization of scalawags, and most of all, not tainted by corruption. its was during his term that the organization gained back the trust and confidence of the.people that I think had slowly eroded after Sen. Ping left the organization. Our equally able PNP Chief Oscar Albayalde is on the tract that Sen. Ping had started and hopefully Gen Albayalde with the support of Sen. Ping will be able to bring out the best from our police.
