I would also manifest that I be made co-author and co-sponsor of the Resolution honoring the late former Social Welfare and Development Secretary Dinky Soliman. When I was appointed Presidential Assistant for Rehabilitation and Recovery of the devastated 171 cities and municipalities in Central Visayas, then DSWD Sec. Dinky Soliman helped us a great deal in crafting the Comprehensive Rehabilitation and Recovery Plan for super typhoon victims in the Yolanda corridor. For that I would also manifest my intention to be made co-author and co-sponsor of Senate Resolution 913.
