Based on our (OPARR) Comprehensive Rehabilitation and Recovery Plan (CRRP), submitted in August 2014, for the housing cluster alone, we targeted to build 205,128 permanent housing units in the cities and municipalities that were hard-hit by Typhoon Yolanda, with a total project cost is P75.68 billion.
