More cases of double billing and collection involving infrastructure projects in Taguig City – the bailiwick of disgraced ex-Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano – have been uncovered and documented, and the proof of the money trail set to be submitted to the Office of the Ombudsman soon, Sen. Panfilo “Ping” M. Lacson said Monday.
Lacson said the additional projects likewise involve the “sharing” of photographs of anomalous infrastructure projects for billing and collection purposes.

The latest disclosure builds on evidence Lacson released Sunday pointing to double billing and collection involving infrastructure projects in Taguig City.
In his X post Sunday, he cited “two different projects, two distinct appropriations, two different technical descriptions and locations, two different contractors, but sharing the same photo for billing purposes.” Both projects had been “billed and collected.”
Also on Sunday, Lacson bared evidence involving a single slope protection project getting two separate budget appropriations.
Monday’s revelation adds to the growing body of documentary evidence Lacson and his team gathered on anomalous infrastructure projects in the disgraced ex-Senate President’s bailiwick.
Lacson earlier said the accumulating evidence has reached the point where it can be described as “SHOOT SA KALDERO.”
