On Claims that a Former PNP Chief ‘Helped’ Alice Guo

After verification made with a fellow Cavalier having direct contact with the source of the information about the reported involvement of a former Chief PNP in receiving payola from Guo’s POGO and other allegations of criminal activities, the PAGCOR official reiterated his statement during the Senate hearing that such information hasn’t gone above the level of “tsismis” or what we PMAers fondly refer to as “balitang sink” or toilet news.

But there is no saying that the information should not be verified anymore owing to the implications that it could have on the morale of the members of our national police force, both active or retired.
