Pasado na sa third and final reading sa Senado ang National ID System Bill. Kapag naisabatas na ito, maaaring magkaroon ang bawat mamamayang Pilipino ng isang foundational ID na naglalaman ng kanilang basic information. Ito ang mapapadali sa ating mga transaksyon sa mga pampubliko at maging sa mga pribadong institusyon.
